Buying a skin should unlock it's specific themed icon

I've first thought this about the new Striker skins, where if you bought one you would unlock the icon of Maokai's little minion

I know that the Ultimate skins have a unique icon because of their price range, but I thought it would be a cool feature since Riot has been making more icons lately

like the Debonair icon for buying Vi/Ezreal skins or the Arcade Baron icon for buying Final Boss Veigar
