Tor, The Spirit Watcher
Tor is a being that can manipulate and task spirits to do various things for him. This can be some fairly unique tasks and he can create impressive zones of control with a little bit of AP and some wards. Tor is a range AP support with an unusal focus on vision and manipulation of his abilities through the use of wards. Tor is unique in that he is a support that gets a power spike when he buys a sightstone and is likely the only support that wants to keep the warding trinket instead of getting a sweeper.
**Passive: **The Great Spirit's Vision - Wards placed by Tor can see over terrain. Tor can click on a nearby ward to claim it's energy and knowledge restoring 5% of his missing health and mana. If it is an enemy ward he gains 5 AP as well.
Q: Spirit Arrow - A 600 range skill shot that comes from Tor or a friendly ward within 1000 range that deals 30/60/90/120/150 (+40% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit and slows them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 1 seconds. 4 Second CD. 30/35/40/45/50 mana.
W: Spiritual Grasp - After a short delay deal 60/90/120/150/180 (+40% AP) magic damage to enemies and rooting them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds within a small 150 AoE within 600 range. This can also be cast on a ward within 1000 range and if you do double the size of the AoE to 300 around the ward. 10 second CD 40/50/60/70/80 mana
E: Spirit Guardians - Target ally gains a shield for 80/120/160/200/240 (+50%AP) for 6 seconds and a Spirit Guard that follows them and attacks nearby enemies 3 times (prioritizing champions) within 300 range for 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% AP) magic damage. If you cast this on a ward it doesn't gain a shield but the Spirit Guard attacks enemies within 600 range and they deal 25/50/75/100/125 (+25% AP) magic damage per attack. Spirit Guards last for 20/25/30/35/40 seconds or until they complete 3 attacks. Spirit Guards share AS with Tor and are invulnerable max 3 on map. CD 10 seconds. Mana 40/50/60/70/80.
R: Visions of Spirits Past - Spawn a Spirit Warriors at every Ward Tor has on the map. Spirit Warriors attack enemies within 600 range of the wards and deal 40/80/120 (+30% AP) magic damage and slow enemies hit by 30% for 2 seconds per attack. Spirit Warriors last 7/11/15 seconds. They share AS with Tor. Global Range. 100 Mana.
Tor Play Style A true support that excels from good ward placement and ward management. The passive is very strong as seeing over terrain with wards allows some very unique placement which any Tor player will need to abuse because they need to split their wards between controlling vision and using their abilities. This makes for some very tough choices for a Tor player and they will need master Ward management in order to shine as great Tor players. Tor likes to zone enemies by placing his wards in difficult locations and then he can try to defend the wards with E and Q R is extremely powerful as you can create powerful spirit warriors at fixed locations making it dangerous for enemies to get to an objective.
Notes
Tor cannot activate his abilities on disabled wards.
If a ward is destroyed so is the Spirit Guard or Warrior.
