Conqueror Rework Concept

Up until now we still lack a true Snowball-Keystone. Ye, the new "Dark Harvest" kinda falls into that category but most people despise it and they also despise current Conqueror. I tried to take the word "Conqueror" a bit more litterally by making it a true snowball rune that gives you jack sh*t at the beginning but permanent power if you manage to "conquer" the battlefield with your very own skill (and the minor runes...). But don't worry if you dont "conquer" anything, you also get strenght passively, albeit slowly.

I also broadened the viability to every champion that wants to deal damage, though still ADs would more likely take it than APs since the second rune slot in the Precision tree has more or less nothing to offer to most AP Champs. I would maybe add something that gives CDR on basic abilities in that rune slot as 4th rune but that's just my thought.

  • Conqueror: Takedowns, destroyed towers, epic monster as well as large monsters of the enemy jungle grant you stacks of "Conquest" up to a maximum of 20 stacks. Every stack of "Conquest" adaptively grants you 1.5 AD or 2.5 AP permanently and converts 1% of your damage to champions into true damage.

    • Actions that grant you "Conqueror"-Stacks:

    • Destoyed towers: 2 stacks (3 if it was the first tower of the game; only granted if you attacked the tower within the last 15 seconds)

    • Takedowns: 1 stack (2 if the target was at least "Unstoppable" [5 kills in a row])

    • Epic Monsters: 2 stacks (3 for Baron and Elder Dragon; assists do count)

    • any large enemy jungle monster: 1 stack

    • every 5 minutes into the game: 1 stack

I like the idea of taking the keystone name seriously, and adjusting to fit the name. I made a post about that with dark harvest. I don't like the 20% true damage, maybe half that to 10% when fully stacked.
