Minor changes to obnoxious champs to make them a bit less obnoxious (Darius, Olaf, Kassadin, etc.)
I'm bad with opening these sort of dicussions so I'll make this simple and just list certain champs I think could use a little nerf here and there with a nerf I think is justified without completely screwing them over. Here we go.
Darius: Remove the mana refund on his W when he kills a unit (reduce it's cost in compensation if you must but the fact that he barely uses any mana to puch his lane is stupid) as well as the free armor pen on his E. This way he would actually need to spend mana to push his lane early on. And if you really want to keep his armor pen make it that he has to land his E for it to be granted against the targets he pulled. (Also hearing Godking Darius' W over and over again is suuuuper fucking annoying, but thats just a personel problem I have with him)
Gangplank: Similar problem as Darius. Add Mana costs to his Powder Keg or stop it from activating Sheen's passive by itself. If he makes them explode with a normal auto attack he still gets Sheens benefits without using up any mana which is pretty unfair. (If that is actually not the case, please let me know, I'm not 100% sure on that)
Olaf: Reduce the slow on his Q but give him a small movement speed buff towards champions he hit with it. This way it's not as borderline impossible to dodge subsequent Undertows and get to safety. Dr. Mundo had a similar nerf once by makeing his Q thinner which could also be a reasonalbe nerf for Olaf.
Kassadin: Remove his Q's magic shield. He already has more than enough magic resist from his (very uninspired) passive which reduces magic damage by a whopping 15%(!) right from the start.
Camille: Nerfing her further might be controversial but I'm gonna include her anyway. Increase her E's cooldown but give it a little refund if it hits an enemy champion similar to Thresh's Q (except he always gets it reduced when hitting anything). That makes it harder for her to escape and reward her enemies for dodgeing it, which is, frankly, harder than it seems due to how fast she jumps off the wall.
Riven: Make her Q's cooldowns start after their last cast not after the first one but reduce it's over all cooldown in compensation. If she holds on her casts it barely has a cooldown very early on which means she is a threat every single second just as early on.
Kai'sa: Remove plasma stacks from allies' hard CC or at the very least only make them able to grant the first stack.
Tryndamere: There is so much that needs to be addressed I'm not gonna include everything here. He needs a rework. One that removes the crit chance component. Instead of giving him free crit chance increase his auto attack damage relative to his fury so luck is no longer a component of a champions kit who is all about raw strenght.
Zed: Remove the slow on his shadow-E so it's easier to dodge his following Q. Many assassins have too easy of a time to harass their target, with Zed being the best example since he doesn't even need to get close to his enemy for harass. He just waits until his enemy is below 50% health and then goes in for his passive's extra damage (also a very uninspired passive, i might add).
Let me know what you think about it. I tried being resonable by instead of just nerfing damage to make it harder for them to deal that damage or reduce their mobility. So please be reasonable with your critique as well. Thanks.
