Champ concept - Fisherman
This character uses his (upgradeable) rod to go fishing for varying sea creatures (Catfish, electric eel etc.). He can sell these creatures for gold or he can store it for use. The effect and gold given differs from what creature he catches. He has a higher chance of catching specific creatures in different areas.
Passive: By standing still in a bush for 3/2/1 seconds, he takes out the wooden rod (starter item) which he begins to search for sea creatures with. Can take anywhere from 1-18 seconds to find a creature. Sea creatures caught will give creep score. A bush used to catch a creature will increasingly take longer to find creatures. Fishing a creature will grant brief haste and empower the next basic attack.
Rods can be upgraded at the store with gold like Victor can. Wooden - Bronze - Silver - Gold - Challenger Rods grant quicker fishing times, higher chance of better creatures and movement speed.
Q: Rod Whip
Uses rod to whip at a character. Deals damage to character and recasting Q lets you pull yourself towards the whipped character. Pulling yourself to a champion resets the cooldown of this ability.
W: Fishy Trouble
Roll through creatures fished like Twisted Fate. Select one and click on a vacant land. The creature will be placed there until an enemy or ally goes over it. Enemies will be slowed around it and going on it will make them pick it up if they have any vacant item space causing them to take miniscule damage continously until they get rid of the creatures picked up which cost 1-15 gold. There only needs to be one vacant item space where all the creatures picked up will be stored for the enemy. If there is no item space then they take damage instead and are poisoned.
For allies picking up creatures will grant brief haste and some mana.
Note: placing a creature uses it up from storage.
E: River King
Passive: increased movement when walking in river and bushes.
Active: Depending on what creature you have most stored - gain a different active effect.
- A poison slow depending on how much of the creature is stored
- Scaling damage depending on how much of the creature is stored
- Blinding mana drain depending on how much of the creature is stored
- Silencing attack speed decrease depending on how much of the creature is stored.

Teleport to a placed sea creature and gain brief haste and attack speed.
