Noxian Vastaya Battle Medic Champion Concept

i had nothing to do at work today so i made this character

Here's The Lore For Argas, the Noxian Battle Medic

While the prominent Vastayan tribes are well known among the Ionians, the Acari tribe is only whispered about in hushed tones. Around a fire, elders with menacing shadows tell cautionary tales, to children, of the gruesome Vastaya which call back to the ancient evil. The ancient evil they originate from changes depending on where in Ionia the story is told, some say the Acari are servants of evil Ascendants, while others tell stories of how the tribe was corrupted by an all-consuming black mist, rare tales even say that they crawled out of a vast chasm that leads directly to another world. The true history of the Acari tribe is, like most Vastaya, one of persecution and colonialism. However, those of the Acari tribe often find even their Vastayan kin forsake them.With dwindling numbers, the Acari were right on track for complete extermination.

Then, Noxus arrived. Once the invasion was in full force, the Noxian blood magic became widely used. The Acari were more than prepared to deal with this threat, and did with ease. Rather than completely destroying the Acari in retaliation, they were taken interest in by a powerful Noxian sorceress (her name rhymes wit la funk) who saw their potential and wanted to learn from them. Even with Noxus defeated in the war, the Acari remain as operatives of the Empire, stubborn and spiteful. Noxus had given them money, power, and something no other had given them for thousands of years, respect.

Argus is the combat medic responsible for saving a man (whos name rhymes with lame) after his arm got cut off by an Ionian warrior (whos name rhymes with ismellia).

Visually I imagine this character to be slender with extra limbs and stuff like Elise.

HERE ARE THE ABILITIES: PASSIVE: ANTICOAGULANT (15s cd idk): When Argus basic attacks an enemy champion with impaired movement, he extends and upgrades the crowd control while shredding armour and magic resist. This attack also deals bonus damage over time and has no travel time Here is how Argus upgrades crowd control: Slow -> Root/knockup/suspension -> Stun -> Suppress No effect on Sleep, displacement, or persistent effects like dots with Rylais and Cass w

Q: ARACHNID COURTSHIP Argus throws a tick in a straight line, attaching to the first champion or large monster hit, and damaging over time. Once the tick gets fat enough, it falls off the enemy champion and scurries towards allied champions before exploding and healing in an area.

W: TENDER OF WOUNDS PASSIVE: Argus stores a % of all damage dealt to champions and large monsters up to a percentage of his maximum health in an area around him. PASSIVE: 20% Healing from Q is stored as blood PASSIVE: Using this ability costs 10% HP, HP can be taken from stored blood ACTIVE: Argus lobs a healing gob to an area that heals allies over time. Enemies caught in the area are slowed.

E: Plague Stores up to two charges. Leaves a tick on the ground which then enters stealth. After 1 minute the spot will become Infested and grant vision. Bushes become infested after 30 seconds. Ticks last 3 mins at max. Ticks damage and reveal. If the ground was infested the ticks will reproduce and drop another tick. The second tick cannot infest the ground.

R: Argus wields the full might of his power and roots everyone in the target area after a delay.

Seeing character with 3000 HP: "Juicy."

Upon seeing high ranking champion with 3000 HP (eg. Leona/Darius/Trundle/Sej): "Sir Juicy." "Madam Juicy."

Upon seeing Elise: "Same amount of legs!!"

Upon seeing enemy demon or ghost with no kills (eg. Kalista/Tahm Kench/Thresh/Evelynn): "I don't usually start with dessert!"

Upon seeing enemy demon or ghost with a kill: "Time for dessert."

To ally spirit (eg. Janna/Kindred/Bard): "You are just the sweetest thing!"

I expect this character to be played bot lane as a support and build healing support items.
