What? It's always like this when something gets released that everyone wants.
It was a dumb of them not expect that this would happen.
They've been teasing the skins in a special way for quite a while now, they've generated a lot of buzz, they're for popular champions, and that's a really popular skin concept. I don't know why Riot didn't anticipate this to happen when they released them all at once. It's pretty annoying.
