Azir Skin Ideas

I had two ideas for Azir skins. I know that he is a fairly new champion and it is unlikely that he will get new skins before slightly older champions like , but I had two ideas that I think would be pretty cool.

My first idea is actually one that I have seen someone else mention as well but I think it deserves repeating because it is a great idea. is an emperor of a lost city who can command soldiers made from an overly abundant resource from the region. In the case of Shurima, this is sand. There is an ancient city of legend that has a similar story, Atlantis! Riot already has a few Atlantean skins, so this theme would flow very well. The 'sand soldiers' could simply be made from water, which would not really be a huge transition as for the particle effects. The general bird look might need a slight alteration though. There are some fish that have a fair resemblance to birds, so I would go with that. The biggest problem I see with this is that he would obviously have a blue color-scheme, with maybe a gold secondary color. This might look a little too similar to his Galactic skin.

I personally like my second idea better. This one sticks more with the sand idea and uses an other already used theme for other champions. What if was somehow related to the Wild West, more specifically the High Noon skins. Admittedly, he doesn't really match the "lone gun" or "quick draw" m.o. of and , but I can picture him in a long duster, cinched around the waist, holding a staff with a horse shoe on the end instead of the current spear head. The most interesting change to me would be how to relate his 'bird-like' appearance into a western theme. His current look is not a major stretch from the obvious Egyptian God, Ra, or maybe more like Thoth, but obviously a humanoid bird. There aren't really a lot of birds that I think of when I think about the desert, but one that comes to mind quickly would be a vulture. I personally think this would be pretty awesome, unfortunately I am not very great at drawing things like this so it's difficult to flesh out my ideas. If anyone has any ideas or wants to add to these feel free. If you are good at drawing and want to try and make one of these concepts work, please post your picture or links here, I would love to see them.

How about Snowbound Azir (or some other thematic name)

Azir is a PENGUIN!!!! His sand soldiers would be snow soldiers, or better yet, snowmen. They could hold snow shovels. His projectiles could be snowballs, but that would change the general shape of them, so maybe just a frost beam. His shield would be a snow globe The Phalanx would be a line of snowmen holding sleds instead of shields.

I think it practically sells itself, but people didn't really seem to like my other ideas so who knows.
