New Veigar skin please!

First, you can't just expect Riot to slap an Ultimate skin every which-way and where. They have to have honest opportunities to make something really, really cool out of a champion, like having evolutionary stages to a model, or having multiple, toggleable models with unique appearances and visual and audio effects. You should understand that Ultimate skins - especially because their name and tier - are going to be few and far between, and I doubt Veigar's in line for an Ultimate skin. Second, instead of just giving a broad, useless statement like "oh this champion needs a skin because i said so", actually consider giving a concept for a skin. Although, coming up with unique skin concepts nowadays seems to be tough, as the most often thing you'll find is either some troll concept of a champion working a super-mundane job (as if that was actually appealing), Dunkmaster Illaoi, or Reverse pretty much anyone. But, in the short of it; a champion isn't going to get a skin out of thin air just because it's said they need one. Riot's not going to pull magic tricks, they need an image to work with if they're gonna make something.
