Quinn PERMANENTLY stayed in bird form.....

So I just played an aram and the Quinn on our team was eaten by Tahm Kench (ally) while she was in bird form and that's it...... No matter what, she stayed in that form lol.

This happend to me aswell, I think it's when quinn ult timer goes down, and runs out inside tahm the bug occurs. I want to note that somehow the quinn normal passive (Marked monsters) Is still working while inside perma valor. Has any one checked if the same thing can happen with kalista ulti?

The same thing happened to me. In summoner's rift Tahmn q'd me to kill me while I was in Valor form and couldn't switch back the rest of the game

Arkantasa speaks the truth . Bug occurs when a new hero tang Kench swallows Quinn as a bird . In the next phase, Quinn is still as a bird can not go back to the previous one. Please check it.

I played Quinn in ARAM and got stuck in bird form as well. Tahm Kench wasn't on any team though. Thank you for working on this!
