Because right now he feels pretty weak. From my favourite adc he became my least favourite, only because other marksmen are simply more fun to play and deal way more damage after the marksmen update... I'm really sad that Varus wasn't addressed properly...

You have Q you can chunk 1/3 of you health ,as steroids ,max hp dmg ,aoe slow+greviuos wounds ,aoe root...he"s fine.Mb could use some Q mp cost buff.
Varus has one of the strongest pokes of any adc and has max hp dmg with his W, not to mention incredible self peel and teamfight with his ult and E
He is in a good spot right now i think
