So we have hints at Project: Ashe, Project: Katarina, and now Project: Teemo. I wonder who could be the last two if it is five again.

I wouldn't say teemo is guaranteed for a project skin. This was just a quality of life update. Like when they made dragonslayer braum's passive indicator a dragon when originally it was released with a ram.
