Ezmeralda, The Witch Doctor comes from the outskirts of Shurima. She was found, abandoned and alone when she was still a young child. She was taken in by a local home, where she was treated very poorly by the families children and mother, and was miserable. Well into her teenage years, Ezmeralda revealed she had inhumane powers, able to conjure the dead, talk to mystical spirits, and more! Her powers were noticed by a well known performer from the gallivant city of Piltover, Han Giorono. Han and his wife traveled to the sands to 'rescue' the young sorcerer, and bring her to a new and better life in a better city. Although being kept better in a household scenario, Ezmeralda was secretly being encouraged to use her powers to spice up Han's circus show, and wow the audience with her many friendly tricks such has hypnotizing, creating ghostly mists that were full of color, and using her tamed spirits, "Jasper," the buck, and "Topaz," the aerial. The daily use of her powers left Ezmeralda drained, and eventually opened her up to a state of mind of using her powers outside of the shows. Her comfortableness and increasing strength caused Ezmeralda's power to rush over her head, as she wanted to start using it for selfless reasons, like gaining more credibility among other kids her age, getting free stuff, and even political stance. When the city began to revolt against her free use of powers, Ezmeralda was outcast as The Witch of Piltover, and was once again looked away from. This misunderstanding changed how people felt having a young adult with such power living near them, as she was eventually mobbed out of her new home, and exiled to the Shadow Isle, where people now believed she originated from. Ezmeralda now fights on the rift for everyone who's power or strength made them misunderstood, and also for the chance to reunite with her step parents, the Giorono's.

Ezmeralda's Abilities:

https://i.imgur.com/v6oTeqY.png Passive - Enchanters Scorn - Jasper and Topaz wait nearby Ezmeralda's location in their Den/Nest, and will occasionally charge and fly to other lanes to assist allies. While they are away assisting, Ezmeralda can gain assists for their work, but their ability cannot be cast while they are not near or in combat with Ezmeralda. Additionally, Jasper and Topaz can be targeted by auto attacks and enemy skill shots, and can take fatal damage. Upon a fatal state, Ezmeralda will re-conjure them upon returning to the fountain.

https://i.imgur.com/3WcoCW4.png Q - Tambourine - Ezmeralda uses her Tambourine's magical sounds to heal nearby allies and herself by 40 - 120 (+100% AP), (+10% Missing HP), as well as perish nearby enemies, dealing 50 - 170 (+60% AP) ability damage. (16 - 8) seconds. Tambourine's cooldown is decreased by 1 second for how many champions were affected by the ability.

Lane minions (up to 3 - 6) will target nearby enemy champions, dealing increased damage to them and lowering their defensive stats for 2.5 seconds. Jasper/Topaz will deal increased damage to enemies that take damage from Conjured lane minions. If an enemy champion is conjured, Jasper will deal an additional +20 physical damage (+15% Missing Health) with his charge, and Topaz's frostbite will also target enemy champions, dealing +65 - +110 (+15% Missing Health) ability damage. (21 - 16) seconds, will automatically apply Conjure to the next friendly minions to appear near Ezmeralda.

Jasper/Topaz combine to make her E https://i.imgur.com/kOfeaU5.png E - Jasper The Buck - {Passive} Jasper has a base health of 650, and 10 armor/magic resist, and gains 100 more HP, and 10 more defenses for every upgrade of Night Light.
{Active} Jasper charges a targeted area, knocking back enemies and dealing 40-180 (+30% AD) Physical Damage, and leaving behind a trail of mud and stone, slowing enemies that walk through it by 11%-21% decaying as the mud pile disappears over 3 - 3.5 seconds. - (12 - 9) seconds. _Jasper can use this ability on his own when assisting allies with a cooldown of 4 seconds, but does not come equip with the slowing mud. _

https://i.imgur.com/Wh8NcW1.png E (p2) - Topaz The Aerial - {Passive} Topaz has a base health of 400, and 5 armor/magic resist, and gains 75 more HP, and 5 more defenses for every upgrade of Night Light.
{Active} Topaz breezes the air around her, giving nearby allies +20%-+45% movement speed for 2.5 - 3.5 seconds, and allowing them to strike enemy minions and small monsters with a shock of frostbite, that deals an additional 45-85 magic damage with auto attacks to every enemy minion/small monster nearby for the next 2 auto attacks within 5 seconds. (Like Statik Shiv, except it doesn't hit champions.) - (12 - 9) seconds. Topaz can use this ability on her own when assisting allies with a cooldown of 9 seconds, but does not come equip with the frostbite proc.

https://i.imgur.com/j9rRGUV.png R - Night Light - Can only be cast while both Jasper and Topaz have taken fatal damage. - Ezmeralda uses her last amount of strength within to re-summon Jasper and Topaz in their mystical forms, allowing Jasper to buck down the enemy with the lowest current movement speed, and knock them through the air toward Ezmeralda, and paralyzing them for 2 - 2.5 seconds, and Topaz charges down the enemy champion with the current lowest health, and flies them back in front of Ezmeralda's position, slowing by 60% for 2 - 2.5 seconds. Jasper and Topaz are unstoppable, but if their desired enemy goes untargetable (Stopwatch, Xayah's R, Kayn's R, Evelyn's R) they will forget the hunt, and wander back into the mystical realm they were temporarily summoned from. - (120 - 90) seconds.

What do you think of Ezmeralda? With League's additions of mechanically hard champions, I thought it would be great timing to introduce a champions kit who revolves around timing, and the use of friendly minions and monsters around her. Also, a freaking Witch Doctor! Finally!
