[CHAMPION CONCEPT WIP] Foosin, the Roar of the Wind
This is still a WIP so bare with me here.
LORE: Once a proud blacksmith in Ionia, Foosin lived happily with his wife Sky in a quiet little home. Although there were many great swordsmen in their area, there weren't many willing to buy from him. Foosin wanted to prove himself as reliable when it came to the way of the sword.
But there was a problem: Foosin was skilled at making swords, but he had no idea whatsoever on how to actually use them. The resolve was to find a subject willing to try out the material he had to offer. So the morning came when Foosin decided to go to the famous Ionian Sword school. There was bound to be someone there willing to give him a glimmer of hope. The Elder there gave him a chance, showing him that the sword alone is not enough.
How is the sword not enough, Foosin asked. The Elder replied, saying, "The true way of the sword is in the air. Master the air, and you master yourself." Foosin bowed to the Elder and went on his way home. He practiced day in and day out for several days without sleep when Sky came to him and begged him to sleep for one night. She was afraid that she was losing him forever in his work. He obliged without a fight, being so worn down, his body begging to be one with the night.
But it turns out that sleep was the wrong thing to do, for as dawn approached, Foosin slept while Noxus invaded Ionia. The ground shook, the house rumbled, the screams echoed through the streets... but still, Foosin slept.
The following evening, Foosin awoke and went back to his workshop, only to see that it had been destroyed, along with the rest of the village. He looked for Sky, but she was nowhere to be found. He went out into the streets and screamed her name with tears coming down his face. It wasn't a scream. It was a shock wave of wind that rattled houses nearby.
He never realized that the power of the air had been sleeping within him all along. Foosin vowed, right then and there, that he would find out what happened to his beloved Sky. He picked up a sword handle and engraved her name into it so wherever he went, whatever he did... it would be to find her.

CHAMPION ABILITIES:
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Journey's Truth
Foosin passively gives all allied champions additional magic damage on every fifth basic attack (including himself), equal to 2/2.5/3% of his total AP at levels 6/11/16.

Foosin lets out a roar around him so deafening that it deals magic damage, silences all enemies within 200 units of him. (I was thinking about a stun too, but I took it off.)
W: Shield of Faith/Burning Pure COOLDOWN 17/15.5/14/12.5/11 seconds
Foosin channels the air around him for .5 seconds and uses it as a shield for 7 seconds. If activated again, it can be used on target enemy champion to knock them up briefly, dealing magic damage. Can be reactivated and used on an allied champion to give them bonus magic damage on hit for 3 seconds, but the shield won't last as long.
E: Binding Winds COOLDOWN 15/14/13/12/11 seconds
Passive: Foosin gains 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% additional AD.
Active: Foosin channels the wind to his arm, making a wind sword giving him bonus AD and increasing his attack range by 250/300/350/400/450% for 5 seconds.
R: Enraged Storm/Elemental Showdown COOLDOWN 150/130/100 seconds Foosin calls upon the wind, controlling it with ease. If it is used to hit a enemy champion, it knocks them back and heals Foosin for 40% of the damage dealt. If they hit terrain, they are stunned for 2 seconds. Otherwise they have slowed movement speed and attack speed for 2 seconds.
If used on an allied champion, the cooldown is reduced by 20%, gives them a 150% speed boost for 4 seconds, and gives both the target and Foosin ranged splash attacks. If the target was already ranged, their range increases by 150% for the duration.
