Found this on the internet but the artist is unknown.. We need a new skin for Quinn... her last skin was Corsair Quinn and it got released on July 22th in 2015 so basically 1207 days.. Quinn deserve a quality skin.

Edit: She got Heartseeker on February 2th 2017.. so it make 1 years and 9 month.

It should've been project Quinn instead of Project Vayne...
