I don’t mind Jinx getting a new skin..
But can we please add facial expression to Jinx? Every skin have the same motionless face and it look like she wear a mask.. can something be done?

I definitely agree with this; it's partially because her base model is as old as it is. Back when she was made, I think champion models were only just starting to get facial expressions with the Annie update. If I'm not mistaken, I think Star Guardian fixes this, but that's a Legendary and uses a whole new model. So we'll just have to wait a long, long time until she gets some sort of model update.
Also, I'm actually quite in favor of Jinx getting another skin. This one is very well made and I love the chocolate boxes, as well as the ult and all the chromas; it will help me at least partially forgive Riot for her horrible Project skin last year. Was hoping she'd get Pool Party though, since she'd fit the skinline so well, but I'm sure that will come eventually.
And no, Riot, I'm not saying you should give her a Pool Party skin THIS YEAR when she's just getting one now. It can wait a year or two.

I thought her theme was "Manic 'not-like-the-other-girls' crazy-chick"? How would you change her face, when her face is her whole identity as a character?

Jinx model really need a small update and make her an interactive human not a masked womans with her own face.
