New Mechanic for Taliyah

Hey,

So I've recently decided to become somewhat of a Taliyah main. I like to play champions that other people don't seem to play as much(at least in my tier). Anyway, she got nerfed after he initial release, which is when I picked her up. I don't think she's that weak, if you miss everything it can be detrimental, but anyway I was thinking of a way to help her maybe gain a little more use out of her kit.

The change is simple, but I think it would offer a nice little niche to her kit. I think it would make sense, and be interesting if Taliyah could use her W on herself, to launch over impassable terrain.
