New Resource for Corki

I was thinking about how similar Rumble and Corki are, in terms of them both being yordles in powerful machines. I think it would be interesting if Corki was reworked to have the same type of resource system as Rumble. This could involve things like having his machine gun being a toggle, but once he overheats all of his ability weaponry shuts down. Unlike Rumble, who will continue to flamespitter after overheating.
