750 skins appear to be simply costume changes. No special particles, recall animations, or voiceovers. Every time Riot tries to explain why a skin is 750, people become disappointed and say how they would rather pay more money for better quality. So the next time someone comes up with a skin idea, or in this thread, consider what you would want as a 750, that's essentially just a costume change.
The problem is that there are so many Champions, they don't really dish out skins fast enough and/or focus on some Champions waaaaay more (Looking at you Katarina/Annie's 5000th skin), that when your Champion finally gets his turn for a new one, it's dissapointing to see that it's a 750RP one, aka, just a sligh alteration.
I'm more than willing to pay 1350RP for an awesome skin for one of the Champions I use rather than a 750RP for just a model alteration and then see how Katarina gets another skin.
