Personalized Skins Anyone??

Who doesn't feel awesome when they buy a new skin? But then when everyone else plays your skin too, it feels a little 'less' special. What if there was a way to customize your skin though?

For a little extra rp (250 or 500?), you can** add a logo to your champion's skin that shows up on the Splash Art, and on the champion** in some location during your gameplay.

I feel like this would be a relatively easy idea to bring to fruition, and also I think it would be quite popular.
