New Ability Concept

Right now heals are always targetted or champ only. The only thing I can think of right now that heals minions is the redeption active.

IMO we need a heal that targets only non champs to bring another dimension to the game. Most likely on a support champ which will allow:

  1. Screw up the last hitting of the enemy ADC during laning phase. Will encourage the enemy to use abilities to last hit when you mess with your minion's HP to prevent his last hit auto
  2. Can keep a lane push going by sustaining minions
  3. Makes RH even stronger
  4. Synergy with Tibbers, Daisy & Morde dragons

What does the RH stand for?

It's a nice concept, but for that, you might as well just go for a zoning champion and prevent your enemy to CS by pushing the wave and waving you open CDs at him.

Actually this isn't a new concept. Back in the day, champions such as Soraka, Alistar, and Taric could heal minions in some way. Although it did add some interesting to the laning phase, it was more frustrating for both the player and the enemy to deal with.

  • In most cases, heals should be used when actually required, such as healing your ally/yourself. During that time, Soraka, Alistar, and Taric didn't have the Mana sustain they have now, so they couldn't afford using heals on minions most of the time. Plus, their heals were on relatively long CDs.
  • The enemy could capitalize on you using your heal. Let's say you deny 1 cs by using your heal. In doing so, you lost one of your strongest trade/defensive skills; thus leaving you and your ally extremely vulnerable to all-ins. (<-- This is what usually happened, so most people didn't use it.) Although, it aids in pushing tower and denying CS, the situation was so niche that it was deemed somewhat of an unnecessary factor.
