Very nice skin.I'd appreciate if he had an animation when recalling to the base ,such as seating in his throne.

That is quite unlikely to happen at this point. Aside from Riot usually not changing the skin price and general features, the skin is out for a couple of weeks now, and they would probably only raise a skin's 'quality' and price (and adding animations) while still in the PBE.
too bad,it's a shame
