Grumpy Monkey was making this skin almost two years ago, IIRC, but ever since that PAX show, nothing's come up about it. Did the project get abandoned because of "shit happens"?
usually those are just for show. i know Leona pool party skin took awhile to come out from a Q&A to live. i would say since she had gotten the Warden skin i dont think she would be getting a new skin any time soon!
Pizza Delivery sivir would be awesome!
But Sivir holds her chakram at the centre while Pizza delivery guys hold the pizza box at the edge. It means that they need to create a new model and change all her attack animations. It's therefore much harder and expensive than Definitely-not-Udyr, Order of the Banana Soraka or Snowflake Sivir.
Not saying that they won't make it, it's just that Joke skins are supposed to be cheap and easy to make and this may be a reason why it was not pushed through despite the popularity
