Blast The Holographic Machine Champion Concept
Lore: Blast is a vigilant machine, created by the Noxians in order to kill the Ionians. However, Blast's system had malfunctioned during the battle and Blast now has a mind of his own. Blast transformed himself into a cyborg, after his mind had been set.
I couldn't believe what I had saw, the soldiers were dying infront of me... We thought that our town could handle this guy, or robot... It was insanity, truly insane. Soldiers dropping like flies, as the blue lightning quick balls of electricity charged at them. We were left with nothing after, just a destroyed town and I.
What was truly insane however, wasn't the destruction of my town. It was that, I didn't die during the attack. I was much later known as a ruler of a prodigious kingdom. Everything was amazing, I rebuilt all the houses that had been destroyed, and I hired builders to create a palace so great it would outshine the sky's sun. Nightfall had come that night, that oh dreadful night. Screams of horror echoed through the night sky, as fire spread through houses like wildfire. I sprinted down the halls, and the hall windows showed me something petrifying. The blue lightning quick bolts... I had recognized that from before. The cyborg was back, what did he want now?
"Soldiers! Do not attack the source, and evacuate!" I screamed.
"But... King, we can't let this town down!" A guard replied.
"We can't fight this monstrosity, this town is destroyed. Now evacuate!"
The guards ran to my side, and we ran down the stairs. To our misfortune, the wood stairs had burst into flames, and we were trapped. One of the guards had a waterbottle, and smashed it on the ground. Luckily the water had burst out the soon to become gigantic flame. We kept running down, until a powerful rumble shook the castle, and the stairs above us fell on us. The guards watched in horror, as their whole life was being taken away in seconds. I watched in horror, and dropped on my knees...
I awoke, to a sudden smell of burning, but it wasn't as strong as before. My face was covered in ashes, and I was coughing up blood. I looked into the sky, and I saw what had been created. The sky was beautiful, but sorrow filled my mind. The blue sparks from the bolts had filled up the night sky, and flurried around slowly. It was a new day in Runeterra, and a new life.
Passive - Holographic Display Every 5 abilities, Blast uses Holographic Display with his 6th ability, which will create several blue sparks added to the ability that electrocutes the target, slowing and damaging over time.
Q - Destructive Bolt Throws a bolt that will stun enemy target for 2 seconds. This bolt has a range of Ezreal's Q, but the width of a Nidalee spear. There is NO damage from this bolt, you will see why.
W - Sparked Blue Empowers Blast's next auto attack, and will throw a empowered autoattack. This empowered timer will stay FOREVER, until Blast uses it. This empowered attack will shoot three blue bolts to three nearby targets, and these three bolts deal 30% of Blast's attack damage. If he kills a target with this effect on, with one of the blue bolts OR the empowered basic attack, he can use it again and not use health.
E - Holographic Bomb Blast can throw a bomb that will explode in 15 seconds, or can be blown up earlier. The radius of this bomb is 425, the radius of Darius's decimate. If Blast explodes this bomb while a target is in it, the bomb encages the target, and the target can not walk out. The target is knocked up in this cage, while feared for two seconds. This ability does a dot damage of 100, and ONLY 100 with no scaling.
R - Reinforced Mind A new form for Blast, which he can get at level 6. Blast programs himself into a mobility machine, with powerful attacks. However he disables his ranged attacks completely, and can't basic attack in this form.
All of his abilities are replaced with new, mobility abilities. This form increases for 20 seconds every skill level put in, and can be switched. However if you switch while in this form, the form will go on cooldown. The form will go on cooldown as soon as it is canceled.
Passive - Tricky Force Blast's basic attacks are replaced with Tricky Force, and he can do a backflip over every target. He is pushed back when he backflips, and is invulnerable when he uses this skill. He can use this backflip on the same target every 7 seconds, which can reduced by cooldown reduction. However cooldown reduction has a 50% effect on this passive, instead of a whole 100% effect.
Q - Broken Pieces Blast self destructs into several pieces, being invulnerable during this duration and doing no damage. He stays in this form for three seconds, while the pieces grow back together. When he is fully back into his regular form, he will knock back all targets nearby a set distance.
W - Push! Blast pushes his back to the direction it is pointed to, moving back 500, and stunning all targets he hits.
E - Squish! Blast squishes his target, stunning them for 2 seconds. If they are below 50% health however, and Blast uses this ability, Blast will unleash his full ultimate ability - Destructive Drive. Blast will supress the target, smashing the target, until finally releases his final blast of a blue bolt, and then the target is dealt a nuke of damage.
