Fiddlesticks Scarecrows (Ability idea)

This is not a complaint about the Fiddlesticks changes.

This is really just an idea I had that has had absolutely zero time to try and actually incorporate in any meaningful way, but it sounds fun.

Fiddlesticks is a Scarecrow, obviously. And the new change to his passive gives him a buff for standing still, like a scarecrow.

So that actually got me thinking, what would it be like to go around the corner and see a scarecrow standing in the fog of war, just standing there? It would probably scare you because you would then think it is Fiddlesticks. ... What if it wasn't Fiddlesticks? What if it was literally just a scarecrow? What if Fiddlesticks could place scarecrows everywhere and you wouldn't know which was the real Fiddlesticks and which was just a fake?

Like I said I have no idea how to make this actually work. I don't know if it would be best as a passive or an ability, maybe even an ultimate like teemo shrooms, but I would really love to see this. And I'd like to hear your thoughts and how you think it could work.
