Garurumon1 votesHe's honestly already. He's getting focused on being a bit more ranged than just having to stand close to his victims. He definately requires more skill now, but he has recieved A LOT of buffs for that single E change.
Hyrum Graff1 votesI'm less concerned with "Is Veigar OK on a power level?" and more concerned with "Does Veigar have a compelling theme and gameplay?" Because right now, he's not really the quintessential burst mage.
At the moment, I think Veigar's identity is a bit weak.

He's anti-AP, but that's also Kassadin's thing. He's a burst mage, but so is Viktor. He's the tiny master of evil, but Teemo also competes for that role.
