Riot on Concepts.

Why doesnt riot Acknowledge really good champ Concepts? i would love for a rioter to give Good Feedback on a concept. But none at all, i would expect Riot Rep to be on it. This is one Champ concept that just needs All the attention it can get. but no riot response yet. so i post this to Widen its Popularity. Tis not my Concept... but it is a really good one.
