**Passive: Discharge ** Innate: Ryze's basic abilities (besides overload) reset Overload's cooldown and charge a Rune for 4 seconds, up to 2. If Ryze discharges 2 runes, he shields himself for 2 seconds and gains bonus movement speed for the duration.
**Q: Overload ** Active: Ryze unleashes a runic blast in target direction dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and discharging all runes.
Flux: Deals bonus magic damage and bounces to nearby fluxed enemies
**W: Rune prison ** Active: Ryze instantly deals magic damage and roots target enemy for 0.75 seconds.
Flux: Increases root duration to 1.5 seconds
**E: Spell flux ** Active: Ryze hurls an orb of runic energy at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and marking them with Flux for 3 seconds, causing his next basic ability against them to consume the mark and gain bonus effects.
Flux: Spread spell flux to all nearby enemies
**R: Arcane mastery ** **Passive: **Ryze gains 4/5/6% maximum mana per 100 AP
**Active:**On cast, Ryze restores 300 mana + 10% of his missing mana. For the next 6/8/10 seconds, Ryze’s spells deal extra damage based off his maximum mana. While active, Spell casts increase the duration of Arcane mastery by 0.5 seconds.
Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 90 at all ranks
