Caitlyn Concept
I know Riot's wanting to make Caitlyn feel more like a sniper, so I figured the people playing Caitlyn should be rewarded for successfully damaging enemies from far away. Essentially, the further people are from Caitlyn, the more damage she does.
The main idea is to reward Caitlyn for sniping enemies furthest from her. So, here are some ideas I had.

Headshot: Headshots will always deal a minimum set increased damage as normal (a little less than she does now for balance purposes), regardless of how far people are from Caitlyn. The goal would be to mainly reward effective trapping and netting, as well as good positioning. The further outside Caitlyn's normal attack range people are, the better people can maximize their damage (a little higher than the Headshots she does now).

Piltover Peacemaker: Same idea. If the enemies are within normal attack range, less damage will be dealt to them. The further outside Caitlyn's normal attack range people are, the more damage they take (a little higher than normal). Multiple targets after the enemy initially hit will still take 33% less damage, unless they are trapped (as normal).

Ace in the Hole: Also, same idea — except, the ultimate does increased damage to those that are outside of Caitlyn's Headshot range. If they're within Headshot range, the ultimate will deal a little less damage than it does now. The further people are outside of Headshot range, the higher the damage will be.
Think of Nidalee's spears or Jinx's ultimate, but apply the idea to an entire champion.
