Proposal for an mastery Lvl 8 and maybe a 9 too

Short version: give quests to the specific champions with Mastery 8 and 9 tokens to craft in the loot system

Long version: making 4 or even 3 S+ would be way too difficult on most champions. Its already rare to get 5 S in one months for many (not all ofc) players even in high elo. Having said that, i propose to make use of that new quest system in a wider range. Give each mastery 7 champions individual, specific quests to achieve. The quest reward would be a mastery token which can then be used to craft the mastery 8 symbol with. I would take maybe 3 or 4 quests which vary in difficulty.

Maybe give them about 2 general quests which are fair towards the champion. Something like "get X cs in Y minutes" for farmheavy champs like nasus and gp. "Heal X health points in Y seconds" for heavy heal champs like soraka and sona. Something more general. BUT THEN make the other 2 quests aomething unique to the selected champion. Something challenging. A few easier examples:

zed: Deal over 1k Damage with "Death mark"s Damage proc Kha'zix: Use E 3x in 5 seconds by resetting. Sion: land a fully charged Q on 3 or more champions Braum: Deflect X amounts of Damage with his Shield Rengar: Kill X champions with Empowered Q Kennen: Kill 3 or more champions within 5 seconds After stunning them or 3 seconds after the stun ends

And so on. Give us something that focuses on utilizing champion specific aspects. Get us to focus on what makes that champion...well...that champion. I personally think it would be very interesting and challenging to do some of the queats for mastery 8 and higher, if taken into account. As dor how the quests can be viewed. My idea is the same way as the Mastery 6 and 7 tooltips. When you go to Collections>Champions and put your cursor over a champion it says the mastery rank name and points. And how to get mastery 6 and 7 when youre 5 or higher. Use the same tooltip function to overview mastery 8 quests

PS: Make mastery 8 craft not cost blue shards. Collecting them is utterly useless unless you want brsgging rights for Mastery 7 and the only reliable way to get them is an IP Waste.
