Name: Atla, Pride of the Wild Gender: Male Race: Human Role: ADC Lane: Bot Faction: Kumungu Jungle Residence: Kumungu Jungle Weapon: Short bow made from Two Flexible Swords

Background:

Atla was born to a typical family in the dense jungles of Kumungu with the mark of the panther goddess, Bastha. This mark granted him great luck and strength, leading Atla to quickly become his tribes most revered chief in decades. Tired of the constant treasure hunters invading his people's native land, he is ready to fight anyone who stands in the way of his tribe's well being.


Passive: Stealth and Brutality

Atla enters stealth for 3 seconds upon entering a bush, and when Atla enters melee range he breaks his bow back into two swords dealing 50-100% damage but locking his attack speed to 2 per second.

Q: Panther' Grace

Atla increases his movespeed by 80/90/100/110/120 but degrading to 0% over 5 seconds. His attack speed increases up to 60/70/80/90/100% as the movespeed degrades. If the attack speed exceeds the cap he gains Critical Chance instead.

W: Lethal Shot

Atla coats his next shot with poison dealing 50/60/70/80/90% bonus physical damage and applying Grevious Wounds for 5 seconds. If the target is beneath 50% health they start to bleed out dealing 10/15/20/25/30% of their missing life in physical damage over 5 seconds.

E: Guerilla Tactics (3 charges)

Atla can create a hole in the ground and covers it up every 14/12/10/8/6 seconds. Enemy champions that step in a covered hole become rooted for 1 second. Atla can jump in a hole to build his attack damage up to 25/50/75/100/125 (+20% bonus ad) over 6 seconds. If entered in stealth he gains 20/40/60/80/100 bonus movespeed after he leaves the hole.

R: Chieftain's Order

Atla can summon a wild panther to attack a target under 30/40/50% health. The panther tackles the target knocking them into Atla's attack range (bow) dealing 150/200/250 (+45% total ad) over 3 attacks (based on Atla's attack speed). The panther can critical strike.

i feel like you could do better, what is the main theme?

You could do something else for his weapon like make it a bow that has blades at the ends, the bow can come apart into two dual-blades when in melee range and you double hit for your basic attacks for let's say 120% total damage and applies on-hit effects twice. Could be more interesting and cool.

Attack Range: 525 units; Enhanced Melee Attack Range: 150 units

Make for a high-risk and high-reward marksman.


Change this around a bit, but I am going off my example passive:

War Cry - W: Fear nearby enemies for 1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75 to 0.25 seconds based on how close enemies were to Atla and grants himself 15/20/25/30/35(+30%AP) bonus physical damage on-hit that can critically strike for 6 seconds. Maximum terrify duration occurs against targets within 150 range to Atla.

It is best to just make things consistent for the user and the opponent and not have a slow or fear as it is hard to know exactly what it can do.


Just going to change this name and give a better example:

Hunt - E: Cooldown: 60/55/50/45/40 seconds; Range: 2500/2750/3000/3250/3500 units Passive: Your basic attacks Hunt the last enemy champion you attacked for 4 seconds, granting yourself 15/20/25/30/35% bonus movement speed towards them. This doubles against targets below 40% health. Attacking Hunted targets below 40% health deals 2/3/4/5/6%(+2% per 100AP) of the target's missing health as bonus true damage on hit.

Active: Hunt the closest enemy champion near you for 6 seconds.

You naturally deal more damage for melee attacks this way with my version of the passive and makes the ability more simplified with just movement speed, prioritizing cleaning up low health targets.


Adjust this a little bit:

Panther Tamer - R: Atla summons a panther to ride on for the next 20 seconds, grant him 20/30/40% increased total movement speed and total attack speed and allowing him to basic attack while moving thanks to the panther.

Makes it simplified, a powerful ultimate with bonus movement speed, attack speed and can freely attack and move at the same time since the panther moves for him.


Very cool concept overall though.

P.S. Panther's Grace - Q - is a fine ability, grant a surge of decaying movement speed for a ramping up attack speed.

The theme of Atla is a wild tribesman. The idea of his weapon @stacona is a decent one but I'd like to keep the concept of the Sling and Hatchet.
