Cierra was always angry even from a young age. Her rage made her an outcast in her home village of Ionia, and lead her to living in the wilds of the mountains. When she was out hunting for food, she chased her prey into a nearly sealed off cave. Feeling exhausted after her hunt she fell asleep after cleaning the kill and setting it to smoke. While she slept the smoke from the fire awoke a spirit trapped within the rocks of the cave. When Cierra awoke the cavern was ablaze, and she was trapped within it. The spirit was of a raging fire pheonix, and forced Cierra to make a deal with it. To share her body so it could leave. Now she burns with more then her own anger, and her first act upon leaving the cave. Was to set her village ablaze. The horror of what she did was burned into her mind. Now she just wants to be left alone, but is willing to use her incendiary power and rage to make it so.


Passive: Rage Fire

Cierra gains bonus attack and move speed based on the amount of damage she takes (premitigation). Any overhealing is instead converted into bonus AD.

Q: Torrent of Fire

Cierra's basic attacks become a stream of fire dealing 60/70/80/90% physical damage to all hit, and burning them for an additional 20/25/30/40% total AD in magic damage for 3 attacks.

W: Ember Feast

Passive: Cierra's abilities generate embers upon dealing damage to champions. These drop to the ground and last for 12 seconds.

Cierra consumes nearby embers to heal herself for 5% of her max health (+X% of AP), and grants her next basic attack bonus damage (+X of bonus ad) for each ember consumed.

E: Wildfire

Cierra sets herself on fire causing her basic attacks to burn her targets for magic damage (+x based on AD) over 5 seconds. If enemies touch each other it refreshes the duration. Enemies that die leave a burning area that applies and refreshes the duration.

R: Ruin of Rebirth

Cierra releases her everburning fury shooting up into the air and crashing down again knocking all enemy champions back and dealing physical damage (+X% Total Ad) and creating a burning zone for 5 seconds. Enemies are set on fire dealing magic damage (+X% AP) over 5 seconds.

First and Foremost, I like the conecpt as a whole. But I can't really envision the character. You say her weapon is 2 tattoos, but how does she actually attack? Does she just shoot fire out of her firsts, does she have a flaming bow, etc. I envision her more of a melee fighter than an ADC. Secondly, it's hard to give feed-back when you have just a basic kit. Give us some numbers and it's much easier for us to see where you are trying to take a concept.

Passive: As an ADC this passive works well. She gains bonus attack and movement speed based on how much health shes missing, and any over healing is turned into bonus AD. Works great with life-stealing items. Becomes broken with Blood-thirster, now she has bonus AD and a huge shield that they need to get through before she loses her bonus AD. How long does she gain it? 2 seconds is where I can see it sitting before becoming to strong. Also, how much bonus AD is she gaining? This is where numbers help us see where you are going with a concept.

Q: I like it. Kind of like Noc's Duskbringer but tagged to her basic attacks, but also makes her basic attacks an AoE similar to Vi. Does it leave a trail that's burning, does it just apply a dot? I think it would be an interesting mechanic to have it leave behind a trail and she gets some kind of bonus for staying inside of them.

W: An interesting take on an ADC's survival ability, giving an ADC a healing ability is new for sure. Perhaps make the 2nd aspect of the ability an active, say capping the the Embers at 3 or 5 and allowing her to use them when she wishes. Full on passive abilities (aside from actual passives) are behind phased out. Champions need gameplay, not sit and click.

E: Another DoT. Kind of difficult for her to take anyone down relatively quickly when 2 of her abilities are about applying over-time damage. I do however like the reset that happens when they touch each other. Consider making this interact with her Q assuming you take the route of it leaving behind a trail. Other than that the ability is very basic and doesn't add much ingenuity to her as a champion or to her kit.

R: She shoots up into the air, then directly back down, or shoots up into the air and down at a target location? Could be used as a great escape tool, she jumps into the air and sits there for a second or so before diving back down somewhere else. The ability itself just needs some-more fine tuning.

Over-all I think you have an interesting concept all-be that it does need some more direction. The kit as a whole seems like it would work much better as a fighter than an ADC. I like the "zone of fire" theme you have going on. Consider trying to refine her as an area-control ADC similar to a control mage like Taliyah. Find her niche, then expand on it.
