750RP Skins are pretty frightful than enjoyable, here's why

These two haven't gotten a legitimate proper skin since who knows how long. They have been getting shoved 750RP skins and it almost seems that Riot doesn't plan on giving a special treatment for them.

Sejuani however, has gotten that one skin but it's a legacy skin. Not only that, the theme of that skin is "Poros" and not many people are fan of that theme.

I feel that the more 750RP skins are being shoved on a champion, the more of an excuse for them to not have a 975 - 1350RP skin that the majority dearly loves.
