Fiddlesticks rework based on lore - from "To our end"

Just for the lulz :p

Passive: Dread/Terrify Terrify: When he stops moving and while not in combat, after a few seconds Fiddlesticks assumes the pose of an ordinary scarecrow. Moving or casting a spell breaks the pose and Terrifies all enemies who can see him (in their own sight range; duration based on their distance from Fiddlesticks). His ultimate breaks the pose at spell cast; if noone got feared by the cast, then the Terrify effect applies after the blink instead.

Dread: Crows follow Fiddlesticks wherever he goes; as he approaches, the amount of crows randomly landing in the area increases. (Doesn't deal damage or have any effect, it just announces that Fiddlesticks is in this -quite wide- part of the map, with the intent of causing a sense of Dread in the players at the thought of the possibly incoming Crowstorm) (Mmm, this might weaken him quite a bit... what about enemy wards also losing sight range based on how far he is? It too announces his presence -on the minimap this time-, but also gives him some utility in exchange)

Q: Terror Fear empowers and pleases Fiddlesticks: every time an enemy runs away from Fiddlesticks, he gains stacks of Terror.

Active: Fiddlesticks consumes the stacks to gain bonus movement speed, based on the number of stacks he had (no cooldown, but it requires some chasing in order to gain enough stacks for another noticeable speed boost)

Passive: Fiddlesticks' autoattacks cripple the enemy, slowing them and lowering their attack speed based on the number of stacks he has (also, in the story he's clearly melee, thus now he's a melee champion)

W: Drain Same as live

E: Dark wind Fiddlesticks sends out a single Crow, who chases the target and gauges its eyes out (= Blinds and deals magic damage) and then the enemy closest to that, for a duration or until killed. Prioritizes: Drained enemy > enemy not yet hit > enemy already hit (Please note that it is not bouncing: it's an actual game unit now, with an health bar, an attack speed, and a movement speed, who can keep attacking the same target or chase after another one)

R: Crowstorm Same as live
