Habinaat, The Undergrowth

Passive: Photo-Symbiosis: Each time Habinaat walks into a bush he forms a Symbiosis with it. While in symbiosis with the bush he is granted vision within it and enemies that enter the bush will have their movement speed reduced by 10/20/30% (level 1/7/14) while in the bush and for 1 second after leaving the bush. Habinaat also doubles his base regen while in a bush. (Only one Symbiosis at a time)

Q: Spiny Lashing: Habinaat creates a lashing whip of spiky thorns from his location or from the location of any bush within range. If cast on a bush he creates a Symbiosis with it and tethers the first unit hit to the bush for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds. Any enemy units within the bush when cast take 50% more damage and are rooted for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds.

RANGE: 800 (+800 from bush via click and drag in direction desired) CD: 10 Seconds DAMAGE: 60/100/140/180/220 (+60% AP) magic damage MANA: 50/55/60/65/70 NOTE: The way tether works with this ability is to allow the target to move but only within range of the point of cast,. If 400 units form point of cast then they can move at max 400 units from that point of cast. It hinders dashes and short teleports that go outside the tether range by pulling the target back in.

W: Thorny Growth: Habinaat grows spiky plants up from the ground creating a large dangerous area that damages enemies that move over it. This area persists for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. Enemies within bushes take double damage.

RANGE: 200/300/400/500/600 Diameter area within 800 CD: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds DAMAGE: 10/20/30/40/50 (+10%AP) magic damage for every 100 units moved over. MANA: 80/85/90/95/100 NOTE: A zoning tool that gives Habinaat powerful control over an area unless the enemy team is will to take some serious damage.

E: Vampire Vines: Habinaat lashes out with a thorny vine from his location of from a bush within range that will connect and leash to target enemy. While the enemy is leashed to the vine it will heal Habinaat and all allied champions near Habinaat and damages the enemy per second for 3 seconds. If the enemy moves out of range of the leash the effect is broken. If the enemy is within a bush while leashed they will have their armor and magic resistance reduced by 20% for 2 seconds. Grants vision of the target that is leashed.

RANGE: 800 (+800 from bush via click and drag in direction desired) CD: 14 seconds DAMAGE: 20/40/60/80/100 (+30% AP) magic damage per second HEALING: 20/40/60/80/100 (+20% AP) HP per second MANA: 60/70/80/90/100 NOTE: A bit of sustain and zoning for Habinaat. You don't wan to let the leash persist as it can heal for a good amount but has a pretty harsh CD.

R: The Terror of the Forest: Habinaat gains Symbiosis with all bushes on the map. Habinaat may Cast Q and/or E from any bush on the map as a global ability with additional effects. Q will now pull the target into the bush with the initial cast. E will heal any ally near the bush that it was cast on or near Habinaat.. Enemies within any bush will take magic damage per second while in one of the bushes. This effect lasts for 3/4/5 seconds.

RANGE: Global CD: 120/100/80 seconds DAMAGE: 20/40/60 (30% ap)magic damage MANA: 100 NOTE: I always like globals and this one is a bit different as it isn't as easy to use unless the enemy is in the jungle.

i think his Q and E are too similar. If you want to add a heal a good idea would be that if he casts E he heals himself and if he casts E within a brush it will heal nearby allies. With the ulti R it could heal all allies on the map near a brush
