They say a new man is out on the hunt to prove himself, and something else. But no one is able to describe him. People who are seen trying to get close are not seen the same way again, appearing again in gutters with mangled bodies that resemble strangle wounds. Where ever he is there is always a glint of metal and the shadow of a hand too large for a human. And strangle are inflicted with hands. Do not cross him, he does not take any form of trickery lightly. Merchants who have not learned the lesson not to swindle him, have barely escaped his grasp and wear the claw marks to prove it.
