Champion Concept: Slave #14

War is Cruel. People die left and right. Men in action, innocent women and children, and even if you survive , you get taken as a prisoner and auctioned off. This was the case with my family 16 years ago. I was merely 5 years old when i saw them murder my father and sister and take me and my mother. They took us and made us slaves to their experiments. They made us work long long hours with barely any food or water. How i survived at all for a week astounds me, hell, even my mother could only last 3 months.

_One Day they experimented on me with some strange injection, they said it was to be a cure for any disease. What instead happened was my death.... and my rebirth. I remember the pain vividly. My eyes bled as i screamed for mercy and help. my muscles tensed up and kept tensing. my whole body was burning up from an impossibly high fever - just remembering this makes me sick. When i passed out, i felt the warmth of the afterlife slowly approaching me, and i knew i died because i saw him.... the grim reaper himself. _

_ Suddenly I awoke. I didnt Know where i was. but the stench was putrid. I panicked looking for light- Air, anything. just what the hell had happened to me? I stood up, and what surrounded me was "the pit". Everywhere for at least a half a square kilometer, corpses lined up ready to be burned. These corpses were of all shapes and sizes, ages, and colors... I also remember one other distinct detail, the shackles on my arms and legs were broken... and all i felt was this unadulterated hatred for Noxius..._

_ I Walked through the pit and to the containment camps, and with some unknown strength slaughtered all the guards there. My final stop was the laboratory where the experiments on me were conducted. After massacring the scientists i finally got my hands on the journal that explained what they had injected me with........_

It was a torture agent designed to destroy and rapidly regrow the cells in the body causing severe pain for almost an eternity to induce a fate worse than death. the experiment was cancelled due to how quickly it killed those who took the drug in. Out of all the slaves who recieved it, i was the only one to be alive again with my cells regrown and enhanced. There was however one side effect: Since my brain had been out of comission for so long, the wiring in it was reworked. Fury, Sadness, Pain. all of my emotions are screwed up. Even as the man who freed the biggest slave camp in Noxius, I can never be free myself.

I can not die, I cannot live normally, so now, all I live for, is the the **DESTRUCTION OF NOXIUS **

Slave #14 is one of the first slaves to ever be captured in the now defunct slave camp "Noxian Hell" he now lives his life cursed by science, unable to live properly. he has abnormal strength and a higher than normal healing factor... he can not die- or more specifically, if he dies, he just comes back. he fights using the chains on his arms. he wears tattered pants and no shirt, and has long, unkempt hair.

similar to his visual design his playstyle should be that of a wild fighter, who specializes in teamfights. I designed him to be a hard to hit champion when played right. incredibly high risk and reward play he is resourceless

part 2: Now we get into his kit

Passive: Battle ready Prisoner

When in the presence of enemy champions, #14 gains 30 movement speed. he loses this speed when he;s not in the presence of enemy champions after 8 seconds

Q: Flailing Chains

S14 spins in a circle quickly Deals an extra 100 + (100% AD) to all those in the AOE. This procs on-hit effects, as well as slows the enemy champions hit by 20% (this does not scale)

W: Fleet of Foot

Places S14 on guard for .2 seconds. during this half second he dodges the next incoming ability. If he dodges an ability successfully, this ability does not cooldown. After 3 consecutive dodges, every dodge after that heals him for 10% of his missing health

**E: Whplash **

Passive: S14 gains 200 range on his auto attacks, using his chains instead of fists to attack

Active: S14 whips any nearby structure or enemy for 200% his attack damage, temporarily breaking their armor

R: Enraged Enhancement Gene.

Slave #14 channels all his rage and anger into remembering the past.

for 10 seconds he gains 50 HP regen a second gains 40 lifesteal and deals an increased 50% damage on his basic attacks
