Passive: Void Pool A pool of void energy disconfigures the surrounding 300 units, allowing Loch to swim in it. The disconfigured area shrinks over 3 seconds, returning to normal. Enemies within Void Pool lose 2(+lvl) magic resistance.

Q: Void Gush Cost: 60/80/100/120/140 mana CD: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds Loch launches a ball of void energy into the air, which lands at a target location within 1000 units after 1.25 seconds, dealing 30/90/150/210/270 (+70% AP) magic damage to enemies within 300 units of impact, and disconfiguring the impact area with Void Pool.

W: Graceful Arc Cost: 90 mana CD: 21/19/17/15/13 Loch dives into the void pool for 0.3 seconds before leaping in an arc to a target location within 700 units, knocking away enemies as she dives into the landing pool, becoming untargetable for 0.5 seconds while she resurfaces from the landing. Void Gush and Lorelai can be cast during Graceful Arc. Note: Void Pool does not trail during the jump, but a pool is created at the landing location when the ability is cast.

E: Lorelai Cost: 130 mana CD: 30/26/22/18/14 seconds Passive: Void Pool deals 10/20/30/40/50(+20% AP) magic damage each second to enemies within the disconfigured area, dealing double the damage to charmed enemies. Active: Loch sings a beguiling song that charms all enemies within a 600 unit long cone for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, causing them helplessly walk towards her.

R: Void Lake Cost: 100 mana CD: 120/100/80 seconds Passive: The range of Void Pool is extended from 300 to 400/450/500 units. Active: Loch extends the reach of Void Pool to 900 units for 2/3/4 seconds. During this time, the cooldown of Graceful Arc is reduced by 90%.

Ok i'll poke around.

P: so if i'm understanding this right, you have an aoe magic resist reduction, which is also attached to some abilities? Q: feels like xerath W but i like the follow up damage buff. W: Pure utility spell on a mage? E:NO first, charms reduce move speed, second 800 range is absolutely massive R: nice combo potential and late game mayhem.

This seems like a really interesting champ! Nothing in her kit seems unbalanced or anything, I just wish there was some lore, and of course a name. I was think Sco'pul, named after the islands sirens resided "Sirenum Scopuli" But other than that, this champ seems great! Keep it up!

Charm has too huge aoe, combined with R, I would say 250 aoe at max would do. Also if it is intended to jump around pools, enemy can predict. Maybe some tiny defense buff, like fizz passive.
