[Champion Buff Idea] Nocturne's Paranoia

R: Paranoia Cost: 100 mana CD: 150/125/100 (new)Passive: While off of cooldown, if Nocturne isn't in enemy vision, when an enemy walks into a bush within 2000 units of his last known location, they see a duplicate of his model, which disappears after 0.75 seconds. (Separate 30 second cooldown) (This illusion does not grant vision to Nocturnes team, and laughs as it disappears) ACTIVE: Nocturne applies Nearsight to all enemy champions for 4 seconds. While Paranoia is active, Nocturne can activate it again to dash to the target enemy champion, dealing them physical damage.

I don't think nocturne needs a buff in any way shape or form right now. He is one of the only ad's where you can build literally any item on him and it will work, kind of like AP and Ahri.

Ima assume that ur a noc fan RN and recommend you a build. item 1416 - item 3046 - item 3142 - full tank

I'm not specifically, but my brother is. He complains about noc's tail not being coded very well and constantly states that nocturne is the only not-broken assasin assasins are underperforming right now so it's not quite as true anymore but I personally just post stuff i think of on boards when i think of them.

Ah, well I certainly do agree that Noc is probably the most balanced assassin in the game atm, other than zed imo. You should really pass that build onto him though, It is a really great build, even if you do go full tank after phantom dancer.
