it takes all of the abilities from the characters in the match + a couple extra and throws it all onto a board. and then people take turns choosing their abilities.

Have you ever played it? it's just a giant stupid "lets pick the most OP thing ever" and it's absolutely not even fun.

I believe I have seen this brought up before and a riot said it couldn't be done because of how skills are codded in the champions.
