Ultimate Ability Concept
So the basic idea is similar to Vel'koz R, you can think of a stationary, laser-type ability, but the difference is it deals [little, no] damage and it stacks CC points, not research points. The R applies a small slow and the ability, once active, fires a beam for 3 seconds in which all enemy champions within the hitbox are [stunned, rooted] for however long they were inside the beam ([stun, root] applies once ability is over).
If you think the multi-hit CC is too strong, it could be changed to where any target hit beyond the first takes a reduced slow and [stun, root] duration.
This was just an idea that popped into my head and so I don't really know any specifics like range, damage, whether it will apply a stun or root, length of said [stun, root], or how much slow is applied.
Pros:
- Can hit multiple enemies
- Can change the tide of a fight
Cons:
- Stationary cast which leaves user vulnerable
- Can be stopped by CC
- Deals [little, no] damage
- Effectiveness varies depending on positioning
