Is this the new Taric Rework!?

I prefer this one honestly. Its more fitting. The other one is too bulky.

I don't think a lot of people understand Taric's most underlying element: Functional, yet stylish. A typical tank a la Garen or Darius is just functional, but generally not as fashionable; a knight like Taric is one who favors the more elegant, form fitting armors that protects him, yet aren't overly bulky and crammed to the gills with spikes and other senseless accessorizing. The reasoning for Taric's simpler, form fitting armor is so that the gems he's embedded in his armor take the foreground, making someone say "Wow, those are beautiful gems you're wearing!" instead of "Your armor sure does have a lot of gems in it." Taric has to feel elegant, fashionable, and sturdy while simultaneously giving the look like he can still be your dashing shining knight, but will put any princess to shame next to his radiance.

These armors in the OP's images are gaudy and crude, with crystal growths instead of the structured elegance of cut gems. They're much too bulky and much too raw for a socialite paladin like Taric.

i dont like it too much. mostly just that weird headgear. it covers too much of his lovely face.

I like the first one, gives him the tank look, + it reminds me of the crusader class from diablo 3 ^^

I wish, but sadly, no. Riot can't ever use that because it is a third party design and they would have to wade through a ton of legalese to be able to use it, when they are already in the process of redesigning him themselves.
