His chimes could just be presents, he could have a dark messed up beard, wearing a Santa outfit with horns protruding from the hood! his face could be covered and black with just a red eye shining through. He could have hooved feet!

I understand it takes a while to make a skin, and that you guys probably already have the Snowdown skins chosen for this year, but I thought it would be neat.

i just watched Krampus tonight and in the movie i was thinking of it and came to see if anyone else did and I'm so happy I'm not the only one i absolutely love this idea.

replace his chimes with severed, bleeding body parts. (or children)
give him a slightly bloodstained sack.
make one of his idle animations him pulling a nondescript red blob out of the sack and eating it.
