Idea for making M7 more rewarding

So right now it's pretty lame that it costs so much BE just for some flairs. But I had a pretty good idea.

What if reaching M7 on a champ made all the legacy skins for on that champ purchasable?

I was inspired by recently reaching M7 Warwick and REALLY, REALLY wanting Feral Warwick, however for whatever reason it wasn't available during The Harrowing or Snowdown ;-;. It's my favorite Warwick skin.

Of course it wouldn't unlock super rare skins like the Grey Warwick or PAX Skins.

Instead, they could create a new mastery level, Mastery 8, That gives u an exclusive skin from that champion, But it requires 5 S+
