Should Renekton be our only reptilian Champion?

#NOTE! - In this thread, Shyvana, Cassiopeia, and Void Champions don't count.

Been watching some Mortal Kombat X, and for some reason, I'm just drawn to Reptile. Sneaky lizard bastard, last member of his race, and his goal is to resurrect his race. Certainly has more story than some of our League Champions (shots fired).

Since Renekton's our only real lizard Champion (as Shyvana is only lizard-like in her dragon form and thus doesn't entirely count, and Cassiopeia was originally human and just became a lamia because of the Shuriman Curse), we could use another cold-blooded Champion in the ranks.

I'm thinking he'd either be an assassin or a marksman, but how would he play? Anyone wanna brainstorm?

What about Cassiopeia? Isnt she kinda reptile (snake)?

I'll just brainstorm here.

General Concept DoT assassin who is harder to peel than most, and is resistant to crowd controls. Because he's hard to lock down, his impact is a bit lower than, say, Rengar or Talon, and he can't burst as hard, but he actually can assassinate heavier targets more easily than squishier targets. As such, he should pick on tanks like Leona, Taric, etc., removing their disruptiveness from the fight early and letting his team finish off the squishies unimpeded.

Passive - (need ideas)

Q - Bio Ball Skillshot that explodes on impact, dealing a DoT to all enemies hit. Attacking affected enemies deals % of current HP on-hit.

W - Molt Removes all crowd controls upon activation and grants bonus movement speed briefly.
