Will there ever be a time where we can "pre-order" skins?

I recently started thinking about this concept and I don't know exactly how it'd work but what has crossed my mind is once a skin price is set in that a button will show saying "Click to pre-order this skin". So once you've spent your RP on this order, you'll receive it and it'll be waiting for you to use once it's out on your server.

Idk if this would even be a good idea, but I think it'd be kinda cool.
