Greybeard/elementalist Jayce: Jayce the old wizard

I been thinking about a jayce skin where he has a staff that has a large crystal ball on the tip, obviously it shoots fireballs (Q) and lightning bolts (Auto attacks/ W)

His W would be swirling electricity, his Q would have an aura of cold (For the slow)
