[Champion Concept] Shilo, the Spiderling

Shilo has the body of a young girl deformed by the Shadow Isle's magic. Her lower body and back is covered by chitinous armor, and from her back spawns four ghastly arms that flicker in and out of existence. She has light brown-grey skin and white unkempt hair that travels down her face and back, and she wears a brown shawl over a tattered green overalls. Most of the time, Shilo walks/supports herself using the lower row of arms coming from her back, leaving the rest of her body to dangle along the way.

Passive: Upon taking damage from Shilo's abilities, enemies gain a thread that connects to Shilo. For the duration (5 seconds), enemies are slowed the farther away they are from Shilo's position (up to 25%). Blinks, dashes, or movement abilities don't break the thread. Cannot affect the same enemy more than once every 10 seconds.

Q: Shilo slams down using one of her spirit arms dealing AP damage.

Enhanced Q: Shilo's upper row of spirit arms stab into the ground and rip themselves out, dealing additional AP damage and gaining a larger radius. Anybody currently connected to Shilo must now remain close to the impact point instead to prevent being slowed. Anybody connected to Shilo hit by the impact are rooted for 1 second. Shilo's attack speed is reduced by 15% Arms dissipate and regenerate on Shilo after 6 seconds. *Anybody affected by the passive after Enhanced Q is used must stick to Shilo still. It only changes for those connected before it's used.

W: Shilo leaps forward in an arc. If an enemy champion is along the path, she latches onto them and starts ripping them apart with her spirit arms, dealing DoT for 4 seconds/8 tics. Every tick of DoT reduces the target's armor and MRES by 2%, Each tic also slows down the target by 1.5%. (max 12%) Values return to normal after 5 seconds.

Should Shilo use her Q while in mid-air, it becomes enhanced, activating on the point of landing. Enhanced Q takes priority over landing on an enemy.

E: Shilo wraps her arms around herself, gaining a shield that scales with 30% of her total AP * the number of spirit arms currently active. This shield lasts for 3 seconds. Each arm gives the shield a threshold that, once met, destroys the arm. Each arm lost reduces Shilo's attack speed by 7.5%. The 3rd and 4th arm, once lost, reduces her movement speed by 15/30% and leap length by 25/50% until it regenerates. Should Shilo use this ability while on an enemy, all heals are blocked and instead heal Shilo for 50% of the value. Shield strength is cut in half while used on an enemy, and Shilo cannot lose her lower row of spirit arms.

R: Shilo instantly regenerates any lost arms, then tosses out needles in an AoE around her. She can recast this to pull anybody connected with a thread towards her. The second cast is channeled, and enemies dragged this way are dealt AP DoT. Anybody who reaches Shilo becomes rooted and silenced for 2.5 seconds. Enemies being dragged can use their abilities but cannot move to a different position and will (blink/dash/leap) in place. Channeling lasts until passive is lost on all targets. Damage from the secondary cast does not refresh the passive.
