Rajineru, The beast of the sky (Champion Concept)

About the champion
The champion is a light hearted and joyous man. He loves to journey the world and loves having fun. He loves to prank people and loves to steal food out of people's windows. He wields a staff given to him by his master who was killed many years ago. It is the last remaining reminder he has of his master. As light hearted and joyous as he is, do not touch his staff! He will become enraged and do whatever it takes to retrieve it. He was born with power over lightning. He loves to fight for fun and test the martial arts his master taught him. He has come to league to test his skills.
A little lore for fun
The smell of gunpowder started to fill my lunges, only hindered by the salt eating away at the nostrils. Keeping your wit about you became near impossible as waves crashed against the bow, casting away any hope of keeping upright. Black clouds filled the horizon with rain pelting you like piercing blades. From the distance we could make out the oncoming ship as it began to poise its cannons to our starboard. We had little time to take action, our only chance was to blow their vessel before they sank ours. Our captain, a spineless sea dog who had lost his nerve, had fallen upon his knees and began to beg for mercy. A weak man, a coward, no longer fit to lead us. With a crack from the barrel, he had his mercy. "Lower the mast" I shouted to the uneasy green gilled recruits as I assumed command. Each breath was hard, every word spoken filled with the bitter taste of ash upon the tongue. No one gave the former another look as the unforgiving sea washed his body off to an unceremonious burial. Behind us a fleet bearing the black flag pursed the ship. The men and I knew of what awaited us, but we would not meet Davy Jones without the fight! “Launch everything we have at ‘er lads” I yelled out furiously. Cannon balls rained upon the intruding ship, blasting gaping holes and tearing down their mast, ending their chase of us. We had taken one down, but had no time for pleasantries as the fleet was closing in upon us. As we made haste, our eyes laid upon a horrific site. Out of the fog came what we could only assume to be lead ship of the enemy fleet. Before we could do anything, it rammed our port side. We were sent flying while their crew quickly climbed aboard and surrounded the few men remaining. They pinned us down and placed a pistol to each of our temples.
“I see Denason finally earned his place among the bottom feeders” Said a tall shadow making its way on to the ship. “Blizare, you finally tookst yer place as commander. found yer spine did ye? I’m impressed.” He continued. “Mortigous, Sop this, ye know th' code o' old! Ye know th' consequences!” I shouted at him. “Code?” He said mockingly, “My dear man, thar be nay honour among buccanneers. Thieves an' scallywags be havin' nay code, that be why we be buccanneers an' nay navy officers.” he said with a laugh. “Now, 'ere be havin' ye hidden th' chest? Make this easy on all o' us. Ye be havin' barely enough men t' run this ship, ye be havin' nay hope t' hold on t' if we decide t' drop ye in th' water.”. “The chest be long gone. We dropped 't into th' sea as soon as we saw yer fleet.” I replied angrily. “Do ye..take me a fool?” he said softly as he inched close to my face. “We both know ye would nerehave th' cannon balls t' go against th' alliance. Nay, not ye. Ye be havin' kept 't close t' ye. Lads, turn this heap upside down if ye be havin' t', find me that chest!” He shouted joyously.
It wasn’t long until his men came back, four of them carrying the chest. It was carved out of mahogany and embellished with pure blue gold. “Open 't lads. We will be havin' our reward now!” Mortigous shouted. “Mortigous, I beg ye dont! If ye open 't, he will come!” I said in a panic.”Did ye hear that lads. Th' boogy man will come get us if we open it.” he said laughing, “Listen here Blizare, we be havin' seen th' world high an' low. We be havin' seen plenty o' monsters on our way too. We don’t fear some old legend, now do we lads?”. “Nay Captain Mortigous!” his crew shouted back in a roar of excitement. I stood there in silence, fearing what was held inside. It was our charge to hold and protect the box from anyone who would seek it. The four men dropped the box. Mortigous walked over and blew off the chains that held the box shut. He flung the box open without a second thought. “You be seein' lads, thar be nothin' t' fear. This sea pup o'er here be yellow from seasickness be all. Be havin' a eyeball at this!” Out from the chest came a large pure blue gold staff.
Before another word was spoken, a white flash filled my vision and blinded me. It was followed by an unearthly blast. I could only make it out to be lightning having hit the ship. As my vision returned I heard an unknown voice behind me, “Seems you have something of mine there”. I could not make out the figure, but his voice was pleasant and eased me. “And who be ye?” Mortigous said in a shallow voice. “I am the owner of that box. I heard it cry out for me as you opened it. I have missed my friend that you hold there very dearly. May I have it back?”. “Your matey? Hahaha lads this nut thinks this stick be his matey. Be off wi' ye lad before we throw ye overboard.” Mortigous replied. “Very well” Said the voice a bit bitter. My vision faded again and the world filled once again with a white overwhelming light. I squatted there, but no longer felt the pressure of the men holding us down. As my vision returned, I could make out the bodies of the invaders lying lifeless. Their fleet destroyed and the ships slowly going beneath the waves.
Color scheme: Blue, Gold, white.

Passive: Untouchable
all cc is reduced on him by 50%. Can not be chain cced. Meaning if he is stunned, other cc, knocked up, or whatever, can't be used on him for 10 seconds. Chain cc part does not apply to slows, only the 50% reduced cc part does. 20% movespeed after being cced by hard cc for 3 seconds.
Q: Lightning
A skillshot basic attack With his staff. Stacks 5 times. At 5 stacks He can send of a bolt of lightning. If the bolt kills someone/a monster/ or a minion he gets 2 permanent ad stacks for the lightning bolt.
W: Corporeal
His flow bar fills as he runs, when full, he can become corporeal and is able to avoid all attacks for 2/3/4/5 seconds. All skill shots will pass and can hit any ally behind you. All attacks aimed at you will create a discharge and hit near by allies, opponents, minions, and monsters. The bar refill takes 3 times as long as yasuo’s.
E: Staff Bounce
Throw your staff as a skill shot slowing whoever it hits. The staff has 6 hp bars to knock it down. If Q is active and you have all 5 stacks up, you can throw your lightning at the staff. You can then aim the lightning from the staff giving yourself distance and a longer range. If you aim it at an opponent it does the normal lighting. But if you are aim it at yourself, you activate supercharge.
Supercharge takes the lightning you directed back at yourself and stores it. When you want to use it a larger bolt of lightning is cast at the opponent. Deal an extra 15% damage. If you are supercharged you can not throw the staff until you use the charge.
R: Bult
When used, it does an attack combination where all the nearby opponents are surrounded by a circle, similar to Yasuo's cool down on his e dash, which are only visible to the champion. He can keep attacking his opponent while the circle is up for a huge damage bonus. The circle changes color. yellow for q. blue for w. red for e. green for r. So if you activate the ultimate attack, you flash to next to every enemy and hit them. Each hit gives 1% bonus damage for the next hit.
If a color button is pressed and the color is not active on any opponent, it ends the attack. Only roots and stuns can stop the attack. So it is best to bet stunned before using this attack because your passive will give you 10 seconds without being cced again.
The colors are activated randomly on the opponent. You must pay close attention to which color is active. If more than one opponent is the same color, it attacks the closest one. You can only attack and flash to each enemy once each hit, So if you you hit r and it goes to one champion, unless there are two, the attack is done and you won't be able to flash to that opponent again. So it is best to use the attack in team fights not solo.
If used in a solo fight, the attack does your normal basic damage plus 25% of your ad as extra damage. Each hit counts as a basic attack or auto attack. The ultimate overrides all of your other skills so you won’t be able to use them until your ult is over.****
