An Elemental Champion - Earth, Wind, and Fire! (and water.)

I've seen water champions like nami, fire champions like annie, earth champions like taliyah, and wind champions like Janna. Why not combine them to make one awesome utility Mage?

Not sure of a name or lore, but I have a few abilities worked out that I think would be cool.

P- Currents

Increases wind and water damage on targets below 60% health.

Q- Twin Flames

____ creates an icy gust of wind, slowing and damaging enemies. After a 0.5 second delay, a firey gust of wind strikes the same path, dealing damage instantly and then damage over time along the path.

W- Tidal Chaos

____ creates a small wave, dealing heavy damage and knocking back enemies.

E- Aerial Strike

Creates a gust of wind from the sky, striking targets at a location for damage and briefly slowing them by 65%.

R- Earthly Chains

Binds targets at a location to the earth, stunning them for 1 second. Afterwards, enemies are rooted for 2 seconds and receive damage each second while rooted.

If "Tidal Chaos" is cast through "Aerial Strike", maybe it combines the wind and water to increase the damage of the wave. Or if it's cast through the path of fire, it creates steam that increases the fire damage.

I would make their passive work around mixing elements and making short AoE buffs for allies and debuffs for enemies

Like

Water + Wind - Attack speed Slow

Fire + Water - low amount of Healing

Etc..

Take a look at my Elementalist

I've always wanted an elemental champ like this, but I feel like the release of an actual earth mage sort of ruined our chances for one.
